I don’t bruise super easily but with people I trust. Marking and bruising can sometimes be a known outcome. But I’ve heard Ice can prevent it showing as bad.

When I was young I remember doctors questioning my parents about where all my bruises came from!

I do, but only because I have to take anti coagulants. The level of 'spanking' has, sadly, been taken down a few notches in the past few years

I actually don't, although I did go for a blood test once the the resulting bruise covered almost the full length of my arm

My legs are always covered in bruises that I have no clue how they even got there.

Apparently rubbing ice over it can help it fade quicker. I’m not sure if there’s much truth in that though, I’ve never tried.

I've used a little of industrial strength concealer before for similar purpose but that won't last long. Good for the picture though;)

Iron deficiency can be a cause.

Women also bruise more easily than men

Yup, usually don't know where I got them from either unless I've really knocked myself hard and it comes up right away. Am quite often sporting a few at any given time. Also marks take ages to fade on me. I've still got mozzie bite marks from about 5 weeks back
