Which of these 4 options would you generally do if you are swapping face pics by message and you are instantly not attracted to them...

1. Reply directly apologising that you are not interested.

2. Leave message open and don't reply

3. Mark message as unread indefinitely and never reply

4. Block user

1 should be the only answer, but think for women and couples they get so many messages they just don't have the time.

I think if I’d been talking to them and then I didn’t like them i would carry on chatting but not sexual if it’s new messages I have no interest in I leave them unread

If we’ve been chatting, then I’d reply saying sorry you’re not for me, enjoy the site.

If it’s a first message and the profile and message are poor, I don’t reply.

If it’s a decent message and a good profile I sometimes do although I’m very conscious it allows them to bypass filters if these change at a later date.

The biggest issue is when I’m genuinely not sure because the pics are that crap quality I can’t tell if I’m attracted or not, and then it just gets awkward.

Most guys I have good banter with aren’t unattractive, they just take the most unflattering pictures possible.

I mean… if I loved mugshots, toilet selfies, or seeing right up nostrils… I would be shagging everyone left right and centre

Always good to reply with a polite 'sorry not what I was personally looking for but all tge very best to you' message. I appreciate people get lots and may not be practical. Marking message as unread indefinately even though it was read, to me it seems not the thing to do and certainly not my kind of person. Each to thrir own though and how tgey manage their inbox

Oh, there should be a 5. I like chatting to people, so if we have got on and are chatting, but are not attracted to each other physically, that does not stop the chat going on. There are a number of Fabsters who I chat with, have met with socially, but we're not going to get naked - still like chatting to them even if neither of us find the other to be their type.

I find it difficult to decide on who to meet going on face pics.

Someone can look a right miserable git on a pic, but be a delight in person.

There are some faces I immediately think ooh yes please, but that doesn't mean we'll get on in chat.

As I don't have a type it's hard for me to feel attraction purely on a face pic.
