Rossendale

I’m lazy with high standards and my cooking reflects that. I like anything swimming in sauce (like curries) but I’m getting more into cooking dry rubs. Both from scratch btw

I’m going to be honest, I’m not sure what’s in our pad Thai sauce as my friend who runs our stall is Thai and does the recipe for the actual sauce (I just take it home with me!) but will ask her what she puts in it. I know she does an amazing vegan one with shiitake mushrooms rather than fish sauce too tho x

Yeah I’m a big fan of jollof. I’m not the best at making it though so usually only get it from street food stalls when I see it

I bloody love rice and peas.

I love cooking, currently reaching myself Korean bbq, the flavours tricky but I’m getting better.

I love peas.

But I'm fairly rubbish at cooking. Good at baking though, so we'll never starve

"What are you excellent at making? Food wise"

Just dry fried some month old popadums. I'm honestly thankful for this thread as making a thread about popadums wouldn't have got very far.

They were in that limp, throw in the bin stage so as they are mostly fat, dry frying made them into crisps! Yump.
