Cabin crew in the UK, flight attendant in the US. Not air hostess because men do it too! But I was never offended if someone called me air hostess or stewardess.

Trolley dolly was fine for us to call each other but definitely got eye-rolls when non-crew people used it. Like this

Say you take off in the U.K. you speak to the cabin crew BUT when you land in the U.S.A you speak to the flight attendant.

Answer me this Nero ......

If we don't call ' Excuse me Stewardess/Steward.... how do we address individuals?

No one would say ..... 'Excuse me Cabin' or Excuse me Flight ......

So is it Sir, Madam , luv , dear , petal, m8y , Stewardess/Steward ?

I was talking more about what the people doing the job call themselves

Most people would say "Excuse me" without an added bit but depending on the passenger it could've been any of the above. Often "Miss"

Which I forgot to add- many cabin crew have pilot licences, so they can rightly be called an aviator or an _viatrix.
