"Try laying down in bed and when on your left side so you have less chance of acid reflux. Try the following. Starting at the top of you head start to turn things off. Ie top of scalp, brain ears eyes nose mouth tounge neck work your way down your body switch it all off. Try it each night for two weeks and see what happens. You will find it a lot easier to nodd off" Worth a Go | |||
