If you send a message or a wink and get blocked, do you regret it as you now have lost access to their profile or are you glad you now know you are not their tyoe?

It is what it is at the end of the day. If she ain’t interested then there’s plenty more fish in the sea

Gosh. I'd probably say fuck it now. It's not really a rejection. When it happens I'll come back to the thread and update it.

I agree think fab should have a button to say just not interested I’ve messaged ladies months after they replied no thanks and it like I’ve not messaged before so if they have changed there profile pic u then message again so blocking can be a good way of ensuring u don’t message again

I haven't sent a first contact message since the beginning of 2020 but when I did, this only ever happened a couple of times and it never really bothered me.

I've never been one to send lots of messages and have always been very selective.

As a result in general I've mostly had a positive response.

If I message and there’s no connection I don’t get arsy that I get blocked I’ve heard some guys after told no can get more bitchy at a rejection than is needed so blocking stops that as much as a anything else

Printscreen your favourite pics first, then wink or message.

I'm glad. If they don't like the look or sound of me, then that is for the best.

No regrets. Posibly a little dissapointment.

My view is I am no worse off as I had no contact previously.

I think a wink shows a lack of effort so you probably lose out before even getting started.

Nowhere

I just assume I have misjudged them as someone i would like to meet possibly to someone who is obviously barking mad and probably a bloke with a fake profile because in all honesty what red blooded woman could resist….. this!! and that includes gay ladies too… i bet they look and think oooh i might have been a bit hasty……

There seems to be two schools on this: those that flat out hate them as "lazy", and those that use them as an "wink back if you like me too" and then send a message. Until you send it, you don't know whether you'll get blocked or not: Schrödinger's Wink

It is when you talk with them and they disappear AWOL. Yet profess they are genuine. How can that be allowed on here?

It is what it is op.

Getting blocked is never a good feeling, I get why people do it though. In answer to the question, it's a bit of both, my order of preference in an ideal world (that fab is clearly not) would be:

1. No response (as in them saying no)

2. No response (as in them not replying)

3. Getting blocked

We dont block people unless they are rude or nasty.

I like the idea of people being able to see some pics or vids & enjoying themselves.

I know I do it

Well I’d probably feel a bit dejected at being blocked. I’d probably miss their collection of cock pics (they’d have cock pics) and probably tell myself off for being so silly. But I’d get over it. Eventually
