Admittedly I don't out much but this week was eventful and these were my unique experiences:

* I felt rain fall on the soles of my bare feet

* Got naked in the sun on the beach with my friend

*Saw cows peeing! What a sight

What new thing did you experience this week?

Does a new, real sharp pain in my shoulder, at the gym count?

Frozen shoulder. It has a gnawing and dull ache which even a dose of ibuprofen won't help

They are so annoying. I have them in both shoulders. The shot you can get Rob your GP does help and although it wears off it due shorten the duration. Just be glad that you don't wear bras (I presume).

Which one was it, what was so unusual about it?

Omg 31 hours at work, how is that possible? Did you get to sleep some of it? Did you get extra time off to recuperate at least?

Achey shoulders... LVM you look like you go to the gym often surely you've had this kind of thing before! Nero do the ibu ointments not work either? (I always go for the skin application option cos...hedonism). It actually sounds terrible, quick Google about the injection Catnip mentioned and it lasts for four months, but the thing itself takes couple years to clear? Booo. Sending healing vibes!

No OP , I didn’t sleep any of it. I just went into work Tuesday morning and didn’t come home again till Wednesday evening.

Flopped into bed and back to work Thursday morning.

But it’s all fine now and I have the weekend to spend resting and playing with the puppy so it’s all good

I've previously torn the rotator cuff in both shoulders. Thankfully not at the same time. Absolute agony! Bra was a No Go for a long time and became a regular topic of conversation at weekly physio sessions, as to how comfortable it was getting it on or off He was a young, and hot physio ... not embarassing at all lol

Actually jealous of that. I really want to try using a big excavator. Looks like it would be fun.

I love this, very familiar. You should have had a designated bra dresser though I'm sure you could have found a volunteer off here
