This morning I had managed to fall out with 2 people...1 is someone I was very close to (and I am gutted) and one that doesn't matter quite so much so hey ho...

I am thinking I need to cut the diet is making me even more stressed than normal.

By 9 o'clock this morning I'd been late for work stubbed my toe and curbed my wheel. And by 10:30 id managed to fit in a dropped coffee and managed to punch my SELF in the face... I'm having one of those days spectacularly

What did they do to make you react that way? I'm just in a crying mood last 3 nights cried myself to sleep, don't know why I let things or what's happened (man) get to me so much. But at times I guess things do.

It was something in nothing...a text not responded to.....and I overreacted...and have cut my nose off in a fit of pique....and now terribly upset about it...and no it isn't PMT....

it happens, and if they know you well enough will see it as a one off or somethings not right with you maybe..?

meet them have a coffee and sort it soonest..

friends will alwayc understand when we have been an arse..
