Full fat Greek yoghurt mixed with a large scoop of natural vanilla flavoured whey protein isolate powder with a good amount of granola/or muesli (no milk) additional juicy sultanas, chia seeds and golden flaxseed with a small handful of pumpkin seeds finished with a drizzle of quality maple syrup. I do not eat most days until past 12:30 though, but always a lot of strong fresh ground/brewed mocka pot black coffee.

I only ate cereal as a child and my choice was absolutely incredible and I yearn for them sometimes haha…

My faves were PacMan (much, much superior to Lucky Charms) and E.T. cereal. Chocolate and peanut butter… deeeeeelicious! this was in the US, don’t know if they were available here.

I also loved Cookie Crisp which was soooo much better than the one nowadays.

I don’t eat processed cereal now. Zero nutritional value and heaps of sugar. I have chia puddings and overnight/bircher oats or muesli when I can be arsed.
