stockport

Mine was one of the first Ford Fiestas.A 950 cc model without a standard heated rear window.A complete rust bucket.Every seam corroded despite being rust proofed by Ziebart.

Put me off Fords for life.

My first. It was a clapped out old think Dr about £400 I think, it shook over 50MPH, you couldn't hear the person next to you over 30MPH, and the bumpers were held on with self-tapping screws I got £2,000 for it on the new car scrappage though

Audi A4 I made the mistake of buying one while it was still fairly new. 4 repairs under warranty in the first year of ownership then the engine management light came on at around 45k miles. Luckily my friend was the service manager at the dealership and he told me to get rid of it quickly as it was a common fault so he reset the light and along came a Mazda which was a far better car! Audis are hugely overrated and seem to account for 6 out of 10 cars on the road these days

Saxo. I swear all French cars get built on a Friday afternoon when they’ve been on the vino at lunch.
