Do you ever remove friends from your friends list? If so, why?

Away for Christmas

Yes.

Lack of contact. There are exceptions, as some I have been closer to than others over a longer period of time.

Yes I do if we haven't been in contact for a while.

Yes. Often because we no longer interact

Not me. If people delete me, I'm sure they have their reasons, I'm not phased.

If I am the one who continues to make the effort all the time then yes.

Not who I would class as friends.

Rarely, but I'm super picky about who I'm friends with anyway, and I have to keep it under 10 or I start to freak out a little.

Yes. I only have my sexual Interests on my friends list, If I added everyone I'd miss their updates. Everyone else I chat to elsewhere, so I hotlist them instead

This reminds me that I need a purge of those that don't want to chat or haven't met.

All the addition of friends in my eyes is to see friends only pictures.

Some think it is a instant thing we do on here. Even if I chat for awhile, I do not add till I have met them verified them and even then a friend is someone you know in my eyes.

Many people on my friends list are platonic. Some are men.

Until they continually upload cock pics. Then they have to go.

Very rarely add friends and like others they get deleted once conversation has dried up and little to no contact

Yes because they aren't really friends.

Think I have 10 on my friends list and only met 3 of those.

Haven't chatted to the other 7 in at least 2 years so probably time for a cull.

I performed a Fab Friend 'purge and detox' over the weekend. It's quite cathartic actually.

Mind you, my friend list rarely goes into double digits.

We don't have many friends as it is.

Yes we will remove on occasion, like when no contact has been long enough for us to wonder who they are.

It would help if you read your messages now and again.

"Do you ever remove friends from your friends list? If so, why?"

Lack of conversation or talk of meeting by them (pic collectors)

Our repeated attempts to sort a social or 2nd meet (timewasters/fantasists)

Ghosting us, especially just before a meet !

....and so on

Yeah. If we don’t talk anymore then there’s no point in having them as friends.
