The land of grey peas and bacon

So what is your favourite type of shoe...

For me its flats and wedges.. heels kill my feet I used to be able to wear them then I stopped wearing them for a while and now I can't last 5 minutes in them.. They also make me feel like the jolly green giant.

Next thing when you meet a person do you automatically look at their shoes.. I do I think it says alot about the person but that is just me. for example I like men who wear smart funky shoes to wearing converse with a nice pair of jeans and shirt.

Only ever Timberland boots & have done since I was 18.

I used to wear DM when I went through my rock whatever stage it was.. I remember them being expensive...

I was a DocMartin/wrestingboots girl all me life till I started going to fetclubs then discovered yummy sexy heels.. unfortunately since my back trouble I have to admit they are no longer an option

I like chunky boots with creeper soles, love lace up boots, now that I can't wear high heels I'll go back to boots all the time

I do look at what people have on their feet.

Hate trainers, don't own a pair and never will

Trainers for general wear, smart black shoes or boots if i am out or working and bike boots when i am on my bike.

Love a lady in heeled boots, but i also have a thing for riding boots and jodhpurs.

bloody hell, where do you get 9-10 inch heels from?

Highest I've ever seen is 7 and own 1 pair of 6 inch shoes but only use them for the bedroom! lol

OMG.....10inch heels !!!!!!! I love heels but the highest iv worn have been about 6inch and even then iv planned my route military style..House to taxi.....taxi to pub/club...etc..also tend to keep pair of flats/pumps in my bag

OMG.....10inch heels !!!!!!! I love heels but the highest iv worn have been about 6inch and even then iv planned my route military style..House to taxi.....taxi to pub/club...etc..also tend to keep pair of flats/pumps in my bag"

I do that all the time ballet pumps in the handbag 10" would kill me and make me 6ft 9

Heels are soooo sexy and can be comfortable too, same with boots. Cant go wrong with a decent pair of stilettos when worn with stockings or hold ups. But for every day comfort I like to be foot naked.

Being vertically challenged, i.e. short. I've worn heels since being about 12, did have to cut back when I fractured my spine, but usually wear 4 -5 inch heels.

Find they not only make me tall(er), but help with posture.

If, god forbid, I have to wear flats or go barefoot I always feel I don't walk, I waddle

I love boots for everyday. I like decent boots that will last me. I do have a shoe related question. I don't wear heeled boots that often, what is a reasonable amount of time for a heel to last on a boot if you wear them daily? Mine are three months old ( not cheap) and need repairing. If heels feel comfy to walk in I feel girly if they arent I just look silly. No wardrobe is complete without heels whether they are worn or not

"I love boots for everyday. I like decent boots that will last me. I do have a shoe related question. I don't wear heeled boots that often, what is a reasonable amount of time for a heel to last on a boot if you wear them daily? Mine are three months old ( not cheap) and need repairing. If heels feel comfy to walk in I feel girly if they arent I just look silly. No wardrobe is complete without heels whether they are worn or not "

I have heels if I know I don't have to do alot of walking I will wear them

Male here for me Oliver Sweeney and Jeffrey west love em both for gilly she loves kurt Geiger cavellas, I've taken her to jimmy choo and she would rather her cavellas she has thin feet and they fit her better I don't mind cheaper

Yes very expensive lol steel toe capped ones cost me £65 about 5 yrs ago the cherry red boot cost me £70 at I o W scooter rally saw them in a shop in southampton over £130 was a bit shocked lol
