"Jokes aside, it's difficult to identify what the issue is without having the hardware in front of me but a simple process in troubleshooting is to reset both devices and have them forget any previously connected devices and local networks. You can find that in "Control Panel" on your computer, don't know how to do that with the printer you have. Then try to reconnect both devices to your local network, and see if your computer is picking up the printer when you search for hardware connected to your network" This is what I would have suggested to. Go to printers in the control panel, delete the said pronter then add again makingvsure bluetooth is on both the computer and printer. That should pick it up. Alternativelly it might come up thar you can connect mannually in which case you click on IP address and again will either pick automatically or you need to mannually enter the IP adress of your wifi which you inn find in Start Settings Network & internet Wi-Fi and then select the Wi-Fi network you're connected to and under Properties, look for your IP address. I hope this helps and good luck. | |||
