Fresh mussels, cooked in vinho verde, garlic, chilli and fresh coriander. Accompanished with some pave rustic bread to soak up the broth and washed down with a glass or two of Portuguese red wine.

Then its on to dessert...

I would like

Oysters with champagne

Steak with nice red

Light pudding - mr notts would like anything chocolate and big lol

Cheese and biscuits with port

Any chance of fun in bed after that - don't be bloody silly lol

Sea bass on a sweet potato mash served with spicy marinated broccoli and asparagus...

Followed by strawberry with a twist...

Well that's what I'd cook if I were in a relationship any way

Im a chef so probs be working but we do stuf two weeks bfor i hate valentines day its sonover rated its not special because EVERY cpl celerbrate it thats just our opinion
