Monday Motivation!

So, just weighed in today.

And I’ve actively been trying to lose weight, since November 2022. I have lost 58lbs, following having 2 major knee surgeries.

If you’re sat thinking, wanting to lose weight & keep finding a new excuse to not do it. Go do it, you’ll only benefit from changing your life.. I promise!

That's incredible.

I hope your recovery has gone well too.

I've been trying and lost a very small amount. However I've probably ruined it all over the last weekend.

Will of course start again

Interesting I just looked down at my body today and realised I'd lost

Weight my legs looked firmer that I expected them to look. Granted I've change my diet and walking more .I'd just not notice the difference before .

Thank-you! It just takes time, being consistent & holding yourself accountable.

Don’t be too harsh on yourself, we all deserve a treat day if you don’t mind, I’ll show you the comparison photos. Quite alarming

Keep it at!

Walking was one of the biggest contributions of my weight loss. Well done

I've always walked and didn't need to loose weight was just surprised when I looked down .

I’ve just restarted trying to lose weight after a stressful couple of months.

Got a goal to loose half a stone in 2 weeks, should be doable!

It’s doable, just do it the right way mate. Don’t starve yourself, just check what your intake is. And just push on exercise or just doing something that gets you out of the house mate.
