Another week starts

For some it will be the start of a busy work week, or if lucky the start of holidays or family time.

For others it will be the start of another week of stress and anxiety and wondering how to get through the week.

Whichever it is for you have a good one and hope all goes as well as can do

I make my own stress but I've been making steps to not get to panic phase. Example, today I opened my door, but the lock stuck half way so it can't close and catchover. A year ago I would of panicked to the point of hyperventilating, but today I took time to breathe and think how can I resolve it.

Which is a good start today for me

Appreciate it, I know others struggle as well and may have it worse.
