I got an examination at 9 and must not ear and drink anything until then. I thought it'd be stupid easy with the appointment being so early - most days I don't have breakfast anyway! But I woke up too early and somehow all I can think of now is ... eating ... Nibbling on delicious ripe berries, a dollop of creamy yoghurt, agave syrup, toasted bread, a cup of tea even! I'm afraid I might stuff something in my mouth without realising! Gonna keep out of the kitchen.

Thank you all for the support! I managed to not stuff my face! So strong!

...and now ended up on the nudist beach, cos where else do you go to stay close to the hospital? The rain has cleared off everyone apart from a solitary naked person, good for them. (I'm off to the side of the sign looking over through my binoculars).
