After so many years of being on Anti-depressants, i am finally being weaned off of them.

Although it might take another couple years to come off all together, it is certainly going in the right direction.

So to all that have this dreadful problem there is always light at the end of the tunnel no matter how bad it gets!!

Please dont reduce dosage too quickly, bloody frightening.

Always seems to take longer to get off them, take care, you will probably feel a little anxious as the dosage drops, stick with it

as others have said dont drop them too quickly, I did that once, nightmare!!! I was told by my consultant that if you are on anti depressants and they make you better you should stay on that dose for life. Hope all goes well for you
