Are you a prepper? Does it go to plan? Or do you snooze the alarm and scramble to the last second before you head out the door

I'm on holiday so no alarm for tomorrow

But usually I will have clothes laid out so I can get up at the last possible moment.

When used to work, would prep and set alarm and not sleep the night before Mon due to stress about work

If work do not call me to start at 7am, 16 hour shifts then maybe I have time to snooze for 5 minutes

My alarm is set for 3.45am and I'll jump straight out of bed bright eyed and bushy tailed.

However that's not the norm. I usually snooze and snooze again then drag my arse out of bed feeling grumpy till Ive had a coffee, and end up rushing to be at work on time.

Mines set for 7. I'll have a cuppa, watch 30 mins of tele and then log on. I'll do my first couple of calls with a cap on, then I'll shower and then I'm good to go
