I've been chatting with a fellow Fabber about whether we think the order that we are born in may have a correlation to the type of person that uses fab.

We're both the youngest children of four siblings. I'm the most care free of my siblings, the only unmarried one and the only one that openly lives a poly lifestyle. Me family weren't particularly surprised by my path.

So, what position child are you? Or are you an only child? And do you think there are personality traits unique to you within your sibling group?

I hear you. My oldest brother had the strictest upbringing and was kicked out at 14. I got away with murder as the 4th child

I have no contact with my family, haven't for some time. Always felt out of step. Dunno if its all connected. Interesting topic though

Oldest of two with an eight year age gap. Pretty much brought my younger sibling up from my early teens as parents broke up and my mam had an alcohol addiction

The nurturing role has pretty much followed me throughout my life

I could have written this myself. Youngest of four. Most care free. The only one without kids or marriage/partner. Definitely the most open and cultured.

Although my sister did get into porn for a while. That’s was a conversation I wish we’d never had

I'm the eldest of quite a large amount of siblings.

I think sadly I have that energy. I think there might be some truth to it. I wish there wasn't but yes. I've very much got learned behavioural traits thanks to it. :D

Amen to this.

As the eldest, anytime I did anything wrong, I was always told "what kind of example am I setting for my younger brother's". It drove me insane. I think that is why I am now the most wild (in a good way) of all the siblings I haven't done too bad though. We are still a close family.
