However it's still 'unlikely to be prosecuted'. Technically it's still content that falls under the criminal justice and immigration act section 63...

In 2012 Simon Walsh was tried (and found not guilty) of possession of fisting and sounding images. But the CPS have said they will still view them as extreme and worthy of prosecution so it's down to juries...

If you’re seeing sore and bruised backsides on here then my understanding is these are the “few” that have slipped past the admin checks as we’ve had all of our (consensual) spanking pics and vids rejected and have been told they do not comply with the rules of fab as they are too taboo
