There's no place for "Absolutes" on the spectrum of human sexuality, because we ourselves don't live absolute lives.

And the "label" someone gives themselves may not be the label other's experience them as.

And sometimes, labels just fall off, and you can't be bothered to sew them back on again because they might not mean anything to you anymore.

They won't admit they are bi because they think it will spoil their chances with women, so they pretend to be straight but go looking for men.

A friend of mine, who is openly bi on here gets more meets with straight men than he does with bi or gay ones.

Straight may be an absolute, but if the whole spectrum of human sexuality was a very-wide motorway with each lane having a particular "label", the lane labelled as "straight" sits next to at least another lane that isn't, and possibly whatever the hard shoulder is to the left of it.

And one person's "straight" isn't necessarily the same as another's is it ?

This is where, IMHO, labels fall down.

You might be right about the labels but IRL we all have an understanding of what being straight is and what being bi or gay means too. I guess the puzzle for me is understanding how Fab straight was created and why. I am quite old and in my experience straight men do not like to suck cocks or like to be fucked by other men. Men who do are bi or gay. Describing yourself as straight while looking for cock is odd. I don't know if it dishonest or gaslighting, but it is puzzling.

You are also forgetting that some people are attracted to other people regardless of gender or sex.

If you are someone who is straight and in a 3some or more some there will indefinitely be body contact between people and in that moment it may lead to more or the want of more, not necessarily full sex

Or does 2 blokes having thigh on thigh contact when naked or doing DP not happen?

If someone messages me I point out that I’m straight or their profile says they are or I just don’t reply

I don’t have many photos on show but it does not bother me who looks or fabs them

I not disagreeing. Straight, straight is straight. But straight in front of your mates isn't really a thing, or the basis for looking for cock on here unless you think your 'straight' mates might come across your profile.

Hi Funchal,

It's quite easy. I like cocks, particularly if they come with a woman in tow. But I don't like kissing men.

I've also had straight meets where the woman won't kiss men. Kissing is more intimate for some people than sucking cock.

Horses for courses!

Natalie, your experience as a bi man who puts on female clothing is going to be different from a bi man who does not.

You say you don't find this place hard. Of course you don't, you're offering your arse to men whilst dressed as a woman and don't appear to be that discerning, so yeah, you're going to get plenty of attention.

Despite what you think, many couples don't want to play with bi guys.

Also, there are varying degrees of bi men. Some only want to suck cock and do nothing else. Some only want to get fucked by another man, some only want to do the fucking, some want both. Some bi men don't want to kiss another man. Some bi men are attracted to femininity and will only go with convincing trans women or convincing transvestites.

Basically, I think what I'm trying to say is don't judge the experience of others by your own.

I think it's because sexuality can be complicated for some. Realistically it's more of a spectrum than a set parameter.

So by identifying as bi, the perception is you are attracted to both men and women. But what if you don't really find men attractive, you just enjoy sucking cock? Are you bi? You can't be surly.... You don't find men attractive? But you like occasional cock...

Some have one experience with the same sex that they enjoyed very much in one way or another, but they were the only person you felt that attraction with... Are you bi then? Or straight with an exception?

Plus, allot of people have hangups about it for one reason or another...

Another possible reason is bi blindness... As someone who is openly pansexual I have some experience in that... You're kind of invisible to most... If you're bi, pan or any of the other wider reaching identities I'm sure you've experienced it too, if you're seen with someone if the same sex, you're gay. If you're seen with someone of the opposite, you're straight. This might be the cause of many peoples hangups too. I imagine if you have that perspective even when looking introspectively, maybe as someone who enjoys a little cock but will only really date women, to them they are straight.

That's just my 2 pence on the matter, ultimately so long as they make their intentions clear, what does it really matter?

That is true. I do like a penis and I like men and women who like penises. I might be completely wrong, but the straight stuff smacks of some kind of denial or shame. "

You can spin it very many ways, as the well-considered post above did. But ultimately denial and shame is the bottom line (no pun intended!). If there was no stigma in appearing a bit gay who would go through all that effort and hair splitting? But we all gotta play the system as we see fit, sometimes it's rebelling and showing up and sometimes it's lying low and pretending.

"It’s called fab straight op

It’s when someone has stright in they profile but are bi

They reasons can be a number off things including

No one knows I am bi and don’t want it out there

To woman and couples don’t meet bi guys

Witch that last line is a total bs cop out

As I can literally message woman and couples right now and have a social set up for tomorrow if I really wanted if we being totally honest

I don’t find this place hard at all never has been

Frank

What others do or how they come across has NOTHING to do with you.

Honestly I’ve read some shaming on here in the years I’ve been on and off but this is a good whole new level.

To name and shame is against forum rules when that person has asked for no profile advice and I hope it’s dealt with accordingly

See above response.

Know what I find laughable? Those who get offended on others behalf. Two of you have blocked me for what I've said yet no-one who is trans/TV has done so. That includes Natalie. Go figure, eh?

Frank

If you paid attention you'd realise that we had you blocked anyway, presumably we didn't fit the criteria on your profile.

Also, blocking isn't the vicious slight people think it is "

I’m not offended on behalf of anyone what I am against is people who think it’s okay to offer advice to others when they have not asked for it, or having a go at people about how they decide to show themselves here.

And I believe who people block is their personal choice and can be for many reasons not just what’s said on forums

I get blocking locals who don't fit your criteria, but someone who is 200 miles away? Yeah, of course you'd blocked me before this thread

You need to calm yourself down, Jack. What did I say that wasn't true? Where did I "have a go" at anyone? How did I offer profile advice?

Oh, thanks for unblocking me, wasn't necessary, but thanks anyway

As a straight man, I judge bisexuality differently.

If you have any sexual feelings, for any kind of contact, real or imagined, is a point on the scale of bisexuality.

Why do people get this confused?

What degree or point of the scale is the individuals business. But they aren't straight.

Forget all the qualifications. It's very much a binary thing, but once on the scale your individual place is your own.

I would say that’s offering profile advice and being critical of how someone runs THEIR profile.

Your profile was blocked from before not based on this post. Purely because you stated that you’re only meeting single males in clubs and I had previously viewed it so I went back to see why I did

Now using your words what I find amusing is that you are only picking up on my words not the two females that have also criticised you.

I guess that you’re not brave enough to have a go at them.

But YOU are the very reason, a bully and a kink shamer, that I am out of here.

Leaving and realising that the lifestyle has become full of people that are non accepting of others.
