Carlisle usually

If it's much over an hour, it tends to make me more tired than I was before.

Hmm, 1-2 hours. If it gets nearer three then it’s stretching well past the nap category

Usually twice as long as half a proper nap. Hope this helps?

20-30 minutes with a coffee just before. Wake up as the caffeine kicks in

Thirty minutes to a hour. Max. I'm another who becomes a cranky goblin if I nap for any longer than that.

If it's longer than an hour you really need to commit to it and stay asleep till 2am, then wake up dry mouth and face down on the sofa. Then be unable to sleep. Watch YouTube till 7am. Go to work, come home shattered and have a quick afternoon nap ....

Depends really.

A quick recharge, and I'll set the alarm for 1 hour.

Otherwise, I don't bother and wake up when I wake up. Those "naps" are my favourite. Mrs DS has been known to do 13-hour naps

I think this is the ballpark of time I’ll continue with. Perhaps even under an hour and see how I progress.

If you go for a 15 min nap, you'll wake up 4 hours later not knowing what decade or planet you're on! I go for an hour and will usually wake up after 45 mins

According to research, no longer than 20mins. That's meant to be the ideal length (don't ask me for the reference/study, I cant remember)

Mine is a good 90mins!
