We have some do that too but recently been hearing vans going round the streets near by playing their tunes hence

I think I remember reading people were complaining about the noise the vans made so there was some rules and regulations brought in. I could be wrong.

I was once proposition by a young 19 girl working in I cream van she had thing for me want me to come inside the van and fuck her .but in those day I politely said no .
