Good afternoon all,

Hope everyone is well.

I’ve had my vasectomy op few hours earlier.

For those who also have had their “balls chopped” what was it like in the hours/weeks after?

Having to wank minimum twice weekly

. What were the first few ejaculations like?

When did you get the all clear to not use contraception?

Mine was pretty much fully healed a couple of days later and I have found no difference between now and before except that now I'm a Jaffa.

I should add, we didn't get the all clear first time. We had to wait about four months.

Back to normal very quickly. Got eh all clear a few days after I sent the sample of my 2nd wank to be tested. It was a pretty painless/straight forward process.

Was back to full form within 5 days. The first wank was nerve wracking as don't want to rip anything lol. But got the all clear from the lab. Have had no pain, no twinges, no problems whatsoever, wouldn't even know I had it done now apart from the paperwork!

Mine was fairly painless except for the fact I had the stichless op and when they sprayed the wound with spray skin it stung like buggery even with the local anesthetic, and I will never look at a soldering iron in the same light again after they cauterised the tubes

Just to understand you had to wait another 4 months for the all after the first 14 weeks test?

Or you mean, in total 4 months?

About 7 mins a ball, no issues although I did feel the tugging of the tubes a little stomach churning.

First time I came a few days later wasn’t much fun but then no issues at all.

I got it done in the morning and was back at work in the afternoon.

Four months in total. I had a test at twelve weeks and had to wait another four-ish.

It wasn’t too bad. I got home, watched The Gentleman, waddled to the kitchen and made myself a sandwich and then had a bit of discomfort later in the evening.

I took painkillers every few hours and I was walking normal within 2 days and back to work on the 3rd.

I was scared to have a wank for a while but when I did it was perfectly normal. I think it was around 8 weeks later I got the all clear.

Had no scalpel. All clear after 12 week check. Achy nuts sometimes after orgasm an for me orgasm doesn’t seem to feel as strong but maybe that’s psychological. I went straight to work following day (manual job) regretted that but no harm done

Hours after fine, weeks after not so. I had to go in for 2 further surgeries due to haematoma on my balls. The result is 2 lovely scars but thankfully the vasectomy worked

Wasn't that bad tbh. 2 wanks all clear. Was told on the evening of the op and given leaflet confirming stitches are disolving type. Do not pull etc. 2 weeks later mega pain, went Drs who said that stitches are not disolving type! 10 scissor cuts later with no anesthetized assistance and the odd tear, all over!

It was 10 ish years back for me and touch wood (

) It was painless in both the short and long term. It was maybe 4 months before I got the all clear.

I have heard of other experiences totally different from mine. Same surgeon and same establishment so your mileage and all that.

It was simple, in and out on the same day. A little discomfort the next couple of days before trying it out. Was a little weird knowing that from then on in, I'd be firing blanks, but psychologically liberating.
