I’m fairly new to the forums and it’s by far my favourite part of the site, over the past couple of days I have notice quite a number of negative threads and comments so I wanted to spread a little positivity, hopefully others will follow …

Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results

It’s so easy to say no, especially when you’re at the edge of your comfort zone. I started saying yes this year (not to everything!) and my life is almost unrecognisable, I am much happier and I am always busy now. Had the best sex of my life this year too.

Push those boundaries people

You look very familiar OP, I'm sure I've seen your photos before.

Anyway, yes. A friend reminds me when I'm starting to think negatively to minimise that noise and focus on the positives. It's okay to have low days, but for me personally? I'm far better focusing on the good and enjoying that.

Negative positive is purely subjective - one persons positive is another negative - negativity is simply something that doesn't fit another's narrative.

That aside I got a lovely message from a lady and we met up at the beach and went paddle boarding, she had read my profile and had drink and bite to eat. Looking forward to meeting again . A positive rarity for this site
