It is not working!

I'm still tired, I'm still irritated. I've eaten so I'm not hangry.

What ways do you fix things to motivate and get a burst of energy when the coffee just don't work!

Long walk in the countryside, get some fresh air and then come home have a nice shower or sometimes a hot tub bath to really relax me.

Sorry buddy if the coffee ain’t working I have nothing. Just pole on through try not to upset to many people get home early night.

There is the energy drink but I refuse to drink them personally, but a lot of guys I work with will do two or three a day of the big monsters

depends on a lot of factors e.g. you're diet, sleep patterns, etc.

i've been completely off caffeine for a lil while now, but i tend to focus on good amount of sleep and a good diet.

i do breathwork too which supports the consistency of my energy levels and keeps me focused.

Turns out it was the heat in the room among me sleepier than I realised.

Coffee is kicking in and working more now.

Opened doors to the office, to get the awesome airflow right through to my room.

supposedly a shot of espresso coffee is the way forward it also is the cure for alzheimers

The only thing I hate about working from home is that my office window is right above the communal ashtray. I don't ever open that window because yuck. (I think my neighbours use their equivalent rooms for their children. I pity the kids)

After eating lunch I usually feel the need to have a snooze.

Water, a walk and some fresh air is all I can really suggest.

Maybe try snorting a couple of lines of it instead.. instead of weakening it with water..

I did this years ago. Used to drink 10+ cups a day just working long hours in an office.

Did a total detox and now can only have one in the morning or I get anxious and irritable.

Even a social trip to grab coffee during the day and I'm a wreck after.
