LONDON

Yesterday morning a colleague got dressed, came into work oblivious to what laid ahead. She sat at her desk as always, happy, filled with smiles, cheeky banter and laughter.

My colleague went to do some errands and on her way back she stopped at her office door, held her chest and put her hand on to the wall, she called out for help just before she collapsed onto the floor. A work colleague who knows CPR rushed over to her and turned her on her back, her skin colour had turned blue. She was rushed to the hospital. Later that day I learned that my work colleague had passed away.

I made this post to remind you all how precious our lives are and how we should not waste not even a moment on things that really doesnt matter. Grab each day by the hands, low vibrational people stay clear of them as all they are there for is to drain your energy. Let go of any animosity you may have. Try not to let things out of your control worry and depress you. Tell someone you love them. Say hello to a stranger, give a smile. Make new friends with positive energy. If you have upset someone, say sorry. Love you!

We do not know when we will take our last breath but whilst we are here let's enjoy every moment of it. Race, wealth, class are all material and social constructs that's used to divide us all.

This post is unusual for me and out of character, but the pasted few hours made me reflect on a couple of things.

I can't change my nature because that's just who I am, but I can make someone else's day a bit more pleasurable that maybe going through somethings give and ear or a shoulder.

I wish you all have a great day, a greater weekend and a happy life from this day forwards.

Cassius

What a tragic event and I’m sorry you, and your colleagues had to witness it and then find out the awful news

But your right that each day, no matter how grey, is a gift and I for one am thankful for each day I wake up and smile that I get to enjoy it

All over

This is horrible and so sad. Her family must be devastated but also it must be such a shock for you all and hope you and your colleagues are ok. You are right about life and what is important and it makes you think or at least it should.

A good reminder for all of us OP that most of the stuff we deal with really is minor in the scheme of things.

We all or most take for granted everything, includeing our owm health!

Not being abit chilled,loosen up,

smile a little,compliment somebody,say a nice word!

I really believe we most are seeking some form of connection!

But have a Barrier and mental block up! Stop negative thinkng, and being suspicious all the time!

Step up bring something to the Table.

Peace.

Whaley Bridge,Nr Buxton,

At the start of July a friend shot himself after getting some bad news from the hospital.Last week another friend hung himself for the same reason, two days later his wife successfully overdosed.

Live each day like it's your last.

How many of us a actually do!

We seldom are flowing or striveing, many may wish and need the same or similar. Yet obsticles are placed in the way. When a clear mind and vision much a tangible experience could be had.

After a afew secs,we go back to everyday life, doing the very same thing, for the very same results. Its all a mindset, intentions, and real action, over thinkng and viewing too many pictures outs Doubt in the very mind!!

This is a great post…. Too often we just bury our heads in life and work and its issues and don’t take time to celebrate the fact that on one in a trillion stars we are alive…hurtling along …. I’m a great believer in telling someone they look good… or just passing time by the coffee machine to check in with colleagues… could be the difference for them between an awful day where no one has 2 minutes for them and a day where they felt stressed and down and someone just lifted them up with a 5 min chat ….

That must have shocked and hurt O.P. Thank you for sharing.

I would give 'low vibration' people time though .... whilst looking after myself also because those 'low vibration' people are often shouldering things we know nothing about.
