Yes it does, but it also doesn't. Matters the most to some and least to others.

It's frustrating asking a question like this because there are so many answers and variables.

Like many guys I have always been a little self conscious about my size which I’m told is average - approx four inches flaccid, a smidge over six inches erect and ‘average’ girth and is ‘cut.’

From what we've seen over the years in clubs is cock size doesn't really factor much. Seen guys of all cock sizes enjoying themselves and also guys of all cock sizes that get no where. Success is far more down to overall presentation, deportment and personality/nature.
