I have forgot my password and I don't have the email addy I set it up with,is it possible to delete

Change Password and Change E-mail address functions are both on the left hand side of the screen on the "My Account" page, do both and you'll be sorted to do whatever you like

Sadly you need your password to change E-mail address or password.

To the OP as you can't get a password reminder in the normal way then I would ask Admin from the contact button if they can help a different way.

Be patient for an answer though.
