What does being added to someone's friend list mean to you? Like wise what does inviting someone mean to you ?, just an honest question really

99% of the friend requests I get I ignore. The only ones I accept or request myself are people I've met, people I intend to meet of people I chat to a lot via pm or forums x

If I am interested in seeing someone's private pics, I'd ask for them, no need to be friends.

Yes, this pretty much sums us up. And there are periodic culls for the same reason.

It doesn't mean much

I've been chatting with someone for 5 months now, we only exchange one pic each. She has plenty in her private galery but none of us ever felt the need of adding as friend here

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I only add potential meets when the meet has been arranged, then after the meet they usually get deleted. I do have friends that I added as proper friends and have been on my list for ages.

very little... as some of the rants about 'friends clear outs' if you don't chat put me off...

Generally I add people to my friends list, if I have met them, would like to meet them, or have had lengthy conversations and got to know them well, quite often delete some tho. if I like the look of someone, but haven't really chatted much, I'll add them to my hotlist.

I will add someone if we have chatted for a bit and I feel some kind of connection. It also allows me to turn the PM bit in the chatrooms to friends only so I don't get too many pm windows popping up and doing my head in.
