- on a 1st meet a couple of yrs ago with a prolific forumite , at rufford park - swans & ducks (with ducklings, I should have known better!) besieged me at the lakes edge…saved by a handful of breadcrumbs I offered to the swan. All I recall is its wide open beak and about 4 rows of teeth nearly engulfing my hand. Loved it!

"Monitor lizard

If it was in Australia it likely mistook you for a tree to escape up. They can still leave you with a decent amount of stitches though.

Woke up unzipped our tent to pee. I know it's not being chased but when you are face to face with a bull moose. Other animals seem kinda small and insignificant.

"A herd of cows i mean intimidating or what "

I've been followed by them but I'm not sure I'd describe my experience as "chased". Made me jump a little walking through the field and then turning when almost at the far side and seeing them all following, but then I've never had any fear of cows being a country bumpkin type.
