He, probably, meant that as a joke but it’s what I do. I don’t worry about the time so much or whether I can sleep. I do other things, like read or have the television on to keep myself from thinking about not being able to sleep. If I haven’t slept at all, I plan to have little ‘power’ naps when I can during the day.
