"Has anyone actually managed to stick to getting it all cooked in 15 minutes? And do you serve it the way he does? I always think the food looks yummy but the way he serves it... who in their right mind would want to eat boiling hot mash with their fingers off a chopping board? " Is that just how he serves it, surely you would help your self with a serving receptacle to put said mash on a plate to eat it off? | |||

" Oi, just coz you're at 5 on your grouch o'meter, don't make me come over there and bring you down to a 4 Seriously though, I liked the look of the recipes, not the fact that you can feed a family in 15 mins after runnin yourself ragged and using every soddin pot in the kitchen - got the 30 mins one too, the steak sarnie and spinach filo pie are out of this world. Can't get them done in 30 mins though | |||

You could be right, although I saw one recently with couscous on a large plate for sharing using your fingers and didn't really see the point | |||
