Best reverse image search

I know Google and TinEye, but what is the best for spotting fakes?

I've just received some that seem waaaay too good to be true.

GONE/TIMEOUT (No DMs please)

I may be being thick, but I've never had a reverse image search work.

(Other than for example fake news story on Facebook and the image search will find the original news article)

I was tricked on kik by someone using someone's photos off fab, but surely reverse searching them won't bring them up unless the original profile is open to search engines?

In the past I've found taken Web photos by putting in a description of the photo, i.e. hairy chest, hot man, swim trunks in image search on Google. Most came up on gay websites so I used gay in the search too.
