" The idea is you get all the vitamins and nutrients, well, actually, 10 to 20 times the amount, so youre powering your Immunity, mental focus, and physical energy , without the associated calories of eating all that fruit and veg. Based on the 80,20 rule, 80% veg 20% fruit so very low in sugar. I just made something that’s gonna make me go all night and into next week and it’s just 29 calories. | |||

I do ginger lemon and honey tea for fevers but never tried juicing it | |||
