Fucking stuff should be banned! Listening to people chew it loudly incites a rage in me that I really can't explain , the smell nauseates me and the pavements are littered with the stuff which people have just spat out ...disgusting!

If I’ve been a glutton and over-indulged, I find chewing a minty chewing gum after the meal soothes my distended stomach and seems to help digestion along. I think the chewing stimulates the digestive juices.

Chew it with your mouth closed, do not chew it or let me see it in your mouth when you're talking to me, dispose of it in your own house or carefully wrapped in a litter bin and I'll allow it.

I do know some people chew it for dry mouth problems.

They're usually discreet* about it.
