I'll be interested in what others consider theirs to be though.

I do a good lasagna, if I say so myself. I’m more a home cook or a hearty cook than fancy stuff

Covent Garden

I think someone else asked this the other day but, notwithstanding, here goes:

Risotto with porcini mushrooms, peas and truffle oil.

A pasta dish. My ex loved it, fairly sure it was the reason he stayed with me. But I never told him how to make it. I do get a great sense of satisfaction knowing he won't ever have it how I made it again.

I don't like the brown meat. We get a lot of fresh seafood down here as you can imagine

Did you make it the same every time, when I try and copy something I made before it never quite tastes the same?!?!

No, I kind of wish I did because I think that would be quite cool. And easier to decide what to cook. I have a few things I adore cooking but no signature.

Flagrante

Flik loves a pasta dish I made up on the spot once so I have to repeat that and apparently I make perfect scrambled eggs and the best rib eye steak. Apart from that I'm experimental so I rarely know what it'll be like until it's cooked....usually works out though.

I like cooking good hearty food.

My favourite is chicken cacciatore served with either sweet potato mash or gnocchi.

And pork cassoulet
