CEFO - Combat equipment fighting Order

can also be called BBW, standing for bullets, bombs, (grenades), and water... all you need to engage the enemy lol!

CEMO - Combat Equipment Marching Order

CEFO is what you fight in, CEMO is one step up for patrolling etc.

Never heard it called full fighting order.
