Are you a night owl?

Or do you go to bed early and rise early?

If you're an early one could you be with a night owl? And vice versa?

Me neither! Bed IS best, sleep is sooooo important and in the UK we have a terrible record for getting enough hours in each night.

My work varies, so I’m often late to bed (plus FOMO) but hate getting up before 8:45, if I can help it, and love a big lie in!

Your brain & body need to sleep- it’s when all the important stuff happens.

Usually between 9 and 10. This week we’ve finally decided to watch the last season of a show we started almost a decade ago, so we’ve been living dangerously and going to bed at 11

Usually a late night person and early riser, but work deadlines this week have meant that by last night I was shattered, fell asleep in front of TV before 9.00, woke at 10.00 and went to bed, but was then up at 2.30 having effectively had a full night's sleep.

I don't think it would make a difference to whether I was with someone who was a night owl or early riser, cos I appear to be both.
