I do every time I wash my face.

Otherwise no, although I'm getting more frequent than I used to be. If I did it every time I'd be a slimy mess.

My skin is beginning to get drier with time, so I'm starting to moisturise my body more often (face twice a day without fail), but even then, it's every other day at most.

Not necessarily directly after a shower, but at least once every day.

Hands - I hadn't thought it was after every wash, but not far off now you say it.

Being caught in public with dry elbows or knees would bring an eternal sense of personal shame and I'd likely be disowned by my family too.

Every day I moisturise my whole body including my face. I do it just once, first thing in the morning.

If I have a shower in the evening I don't moisturise then. I think my skin is in excellent condition for a person of my age. I've been doing it since I was 30.

While I'm aware that it's very popular in these parts to say such things, I also know that one is supposed to be "awake" and not following the mainstream media.

I've only started moisturising my body after a shower over the last two or so weeks. I rarely did before that, unless it was a special occasion. But I'm making sure to do it every night now.

I only get dry skin on my face, so never thought it was important to make sure my body is moisturised... but then I'm kind of like maybe it's a good idea to keep it all hydrated. I haven't noticed a difference yet.

As for my hands, no I don't after washing them unless I've had my hands in hot water for a long period of time.

Body cream recommendations?!

"I've only started moisturising my body after a shower over the last two or so weeks.

I use nívea. It’s in a dark blue bottle. Recommend

.

Yes I do. The sinks in my house all have Aveeno hand cream next to them. I went shopping last weekend with a good friend to pick up various items including a proper body scrub and more moisturiser.

Right, kind of off topic Pickle but the things I'd have mentioned at school in a not particularly kind mannner - like my hair being oiled. Moisturising and smelling of... well cocoa butter. Why is it suddenly trendy? :D

All over

I assume most people will kniw its important to moisturise even if it's not everytime but often. A good moisturising routine, wether man or woman, is essential or can cause health problems long term.

Next Door

Hand cream, often throughout the day.

Face, every morning and bedtime. Occasionally during the day if skin is feeling tight.

Body, after every shower and Occasionally other times.

Suffer from eczema do like to keep skin soft.

Also I drink around 3lts of water a day.

I always moisturise my body after a shower because the hot water is shit for my skin which would look all grey and flaky otherwise. I also only moisturise my hands at night before bad as they're not actively doing anything.

Just got a beautifully smelling orange flower body butter. Feels lush on the skin. I do like my coconut oil too.

Ps. What hand cream do you use ? Always on the search for nice ones.

North West

I pretty much never moisture anything. Sometimes I do put it on my legs after I shave but I usually forget. I don't moisture my hands because I don't want greasy stuff on my pushrims.
