So I checked the 'Who's Nearby' section and there's somebody who's within a couple of miles and can accommodate.

So I send a friendly message and Boom!

Instantly blocks their profile from being viewed and doesn't reply.

All a bit suspicious if you ask me.

Either that or they got scared.

They didn't have face pics (either do we).

They're profile description was very similar to ours, on paper we were pretty well matched.

They could have just said "nah mate" or even not replied. We wouldn't be able to pick them out in the supermarket.

It's just the slamming down of the shutters that seems a bit odd.

Site FAQ says that no reply means no thanks. They blocked you so you don't come up in each other's searches.
