I'm very excited to be going to see the Ballet tonight. Was hoping it was a reason to go all out glam like Julia Roberts in pretty woman, but sadly my friend saw people leaving last night and that wasn't the dress code!

I normally do chest and biceps but this is my 6th session since Monday and my biceps are still done in from yesterday's back session so I'm letting them rest
