Is it mean if I say my dad. I love him but he’s so annoying on the phone. He leaves voicemails all the time and says “This is Dad” as if I don’t know who he is

The mother in law. Christ but she's annoying. My husband is the only one of her children who hasn't blocked her calls. The danger is, if no-one answers her she might just randomly turn up at your house. It's safer to answer her

A soon to be aunt in law. She's lovely but honestly. I adore her. She puts my ability to talk to shame. Every "just a quick one" ends a hour later. At least. I'd rather stick to her messages and seeing her in person.
