Living in Asia for 8 years got me accustomed to sleeping with the sound of a fan or an air-conditioning unit murmur. Now I play the sound on YouTube to help me sleep

I was using campfire sounds until my wife suggested if I get used to the sound of fire when I am sleeping I might not wake up during a real fire.
