Milk makes me shit 5 seconds after drinking it soooo.... It's only useful when prepping for anal. To answer your question, semi skimmed.

Ditto! Low fat is outdated ideas about weight gain. It's sugar and empty calories thats the problem, if thats why people stay away from full fat! Full fat has more vits/minerals. Red top is mainly water!

Fully agree for a long while fat got the blame for all the weight and health problems what sugar was causing.
