Take a picture of bin pizza and print a load of copies.

Place them in different parts of the house , his pillow, inside the fridge,stuck on the tv remote.

When it's dinner time put nothing only the picture on his plate. That'll surely send the message not to do that again

Not the only option, I believe the medieval 'hung, drawn and quartered' option is available (though that is mainly reserved for when the left overy Chinese or Indian takeaway gets discarded).

If you have been able to rescue said Pizza, then the appropriate punishment might be a ducking stool (I said ducking)
