right now that you can still buy property relatively cheap and it's going to rise, because of regeneration in the area or something similar.

the middle

I have heard there is a big regeneration taking place in Telford and surrounding areas in Shropshire.

There are some beautiful areas close by that are excellent for walking and cycling too.

Would probably say Scotland highlands fishing village and such

Central Scotland is cheap but that’s for another reason the outlaying place bween Edinburg and Glasgow aren’t really the best off places

But a suppose it’s like everwhare bad area and good areas

Loads of regeneration near me, don’t like it though loads of houses flats going up etc but no infrastructure.

Might have something to do with the council be conned for hundreds of millions. Run by fucking idiots if you ask me.
