Denial /Deprivation

I'm doing slimming world and not had proper chocolate for 3 weeks. I'm being so good, even when I have 'bad' days I'm showing far more self control than ever.

I'm struggling today. I want all the chocolate, all the biscuits and all the cake. I'm having none though!

What are you denying yourself or being deprived of?

I try and stay away from bread, cake and chocolate. Try not to buy it for the house as not as good as used to be ignoring it if have it indoors but rarely go out just to get it. But like everyone have bad days when chocolate or cake is my comfort food.
