Baby oil isn't recommended for internal use. Maybe look at products that are designed for the task.

Baby oil will do weird chemistry in your gut, you might only use on hole but it will travel.

Anyway

Lubed such as jlube or klube work fantastic.

The main thing is to be relaxed and trust the top. Their job is to relax the sphincter outer, while your job is to relax hence relaxing the inner sphincter.

Use more lube than you ever thought possible, also prelude inside.

Build up slowly with stretching.

Use a proper lube - not baby oil.

If you need help, use a latex glove as helps the fist slip in easier.

Not done it myself, but look for a can of American cooking ingredient Crisco, as it's one of the best natural lubes.

Easier to get hold of is "Fist It", which does the same thing but is water-based.

Thanks. I have just used some Anne summers lube and it works great. Doesn’t dry out. Am getting close to taking my own fist

Trex cooking fat is exactly the same over here in the UK, it's a vegetable substitute for lard which would ruin toys.
